Collaborations and special requests are welcome as time and resources allow. Please email your inquiry to thirdleeco@gmail.com with as much information as possible and Michelle will follow up shortly.

THE STUDIO

Thirdlee & Co. is based in Biddeford, ME. The studio is not open to the public but will host workshops and special events. Sign up for our email newsletters below to be notified of upcoming events.

SHOP POLICIES

NO PRE-ORDERS OR RESERVED ITEMS FOR ONLINE RELEASES

Thirdlee ornament releases will be announced ahead of time as a save the date only. Quantities are limited and I can not honor pre-sale reservations at this time.

PRODUCT USE & CARE

All Thirdlee® felted items are individually handcrafted with great care and they should be handled in the same way. I recommend storing in a dry place when not in use. Some fading may occur if exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods of time.

Thirdlee® handcrafted ornaments are for decorative use only. While they may be soft and quite cute, they are not toys - they are a tiny work of art.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Our online shop currently ships within the US only. For international requests, please email Michelle at thirdleeco@gmail.com to make arrangements.

Thirdlee & Co. online orders ship via USPS and typically arrive within 1-5 business days. Shipping costs include shipping, handling, and packaging materials.

Multiple orders placed on release days shipping to the same address will be combined and any shipping overages will be refunded.

Ready-made orders will be ready to ship within 1-3 days. Made to order and custom designs lead time will vary.

RETURNS

Returns are handled on a case by case basis. If there is a problem with your order upon receipt, please email Michelle at thirdleeco@gmail.com within 7 days to discuss next steps.
